In the Nuki app you can easily set the battery type.
Your Nuki Smart Lock tries to automatically detect which battery type is used. This optimizes the respective thresholds for the battery warning. Probably this did not work in your case. You can easily correct the battery type in the Nuki app:
- Select the desired Smart Lock in the Nuki app.
- Open the Smart Lock settings and select "Features & Configuration" > "Battery".
- Deactivate the Automatic battery detection.
- Now select the Nuki Power Pack as power supply.
From now on battery warnings for the Nuki Smart Lock will be displayed correctly again, considering the selected battery type.
