To leave the Beta Program, please visit our website.
Enter the device ID of your Smart Lock in the designated field and select the option "Remove my device from the Beta Program". After submitting the request, it may take up to two business days before Beta updates are disabled for your Smart Lock. Of course, you will receive confirmation of the deactivation.
After your device has been successfully removed from the Beta Program, you will no longer receive any Beta updates. Going forward, you will only receive regular firmware updates.
