My Power Pack is stuck in my Smart Lock. What can I do?

If you're facing difficulties removing your Power Pack from the Smart Lock, try the following tip:
Pushing the Power Pack into the Smart Lock while actuating the release button should allow you to remove it. Once successfully removed, the Power Pack should continue to be easily detachable.
