If you have a Smart Lock Pro (4th Generation), Remote Access via Thread is already included. If you use a suitable Smart Home hub and activate Matter, Remote Access via Thread is also activated.
If you have a Smart Lock (4th Generation), you can activate Remote Access via Thread with a one-time payment (€ 49.00).
- Activate Matter via your Nuki App.
- Now, select „Remote access” and click on „Activate now”.
- The Nuki App will guide you through the purchase process.
