The message is automatically generated by Nuki and cannot be customized. The language setting follows the configuration of your guests in the respective booking portal.

Note: For some software providers, it is possible to create custom templates for sending invitation codes. You can use placeholders to incorporate the invitation code. Please contact your property management software provider directly for more information.
Keep in mind that the template should not be sent before the code is generated. Always pay attention to the timing of sending the invitation.
