Reconnecting the integration

Reconnecting Nuki and the property management software can help to resolve recurring challenges.

How to reconnect the integration

  1. Log in to your Nuki Web account.
  2. Navigate to the "Short Term Rental" section and select the relevant listing.
  3. Click on the "New..." button in the lower right corner.
    Now, you see the list of our Property Management Software Partners.
  4. Select the software you are experiencing issues with and click "Disconnect".
  5. Now reconnect Nuki with the software.
    Please make sure that you assign the correct Nuki device(s) to your accommodation.

If reconnecting does not resolve the problem, re-activate the device for Nuki Web and set up the integration from scratch.

How to re-activate your device for Nuki Web

  1. Log in to your Nuki Web account.
  2. Select the affected Nuki device in the "Devices" section.
  3. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner and choose "Delete" to disconnect the device from Nuki Web.
  4. Add your device again to your Nuki Web account using the Nuki App.

Now you can set up the integration again and link Nuki and the Property Management Software.
