When your device is reset, all data is irrevocably deleted.
With the Nuki app you can reset your Nuki access solution to factory settings. All data will be permanently deleted. After the factory reset you can set up your Nuki device again.
There are two ways to reset your Nuki device to factory settings:
1) Via the device settings
To reset your device via the settings, tap on the desired device in the Nuki app and enter the device settings. Choose "Features & Configuration" and then "Factory reset". Then follow the instructions in the Nuki app.
2) Via the help section
You can also reset your device if you do not have it in your Nuki app. Open the Nuki app menu (top left) and go to "Help". Select the product you want to reset and follow the instructions in the Nuki app.
Note: If you want to uninstall your Smart Door or parts of it, factory reset the device before uninstalling it.
