The perceived volume of the acoustic feedback varies based on the material of the door, the type of installation, and the structural conditions on site. Some materials have a strong sound-absorbing effect.
The sound level can be lowered. To change the sound level, simply select the desired Smart Door in the Nuki app and go to the lock settings. Now choose “Features & Configuration” > “Button, LED & Sound” > “Sound”. Here you can configure the Sound level as Normal, Low or Off.
