How to activate and deactivate your Nuki Web account

With Nuki Web, you can manage and control your Nuki device from your computer and integrate it into your Smart Home setup.

Activate Nuki Web

Ensure remote access: You need remote access to your device to activate Nuki Web.
Activate Nuki Web via your Nuki App:
- Tap on your Nuki device in the app and open the device settings.
- Navigate to “Features & Configuration“.
- Select “Nuki Web“ and follow the instructions provided in the app.
Verify your account: Activating your device for Nuki Web will create a Nuki Web account.
You can complete the activation through:
Email verification (standard)
Sign in with Apple
Sign in with Google

Note:

For security reasons you have to activate each of your Nuki devices separately for Nuki Web.

Remove your devices:
- Log in to your Nuki Web account.
- Select the device you wish to remove.
- Click on the three dots in the top right corner and delete the device from Nuki Web.
Delete your account:
- Ensure all devices are removed from your account.
- Go to the “Manage account” section.
- Click the “Delete account” button.

By removing your Nuki device from your Nuki Web account and deleting the account, you delete all data irrevocably.
