To purchase Nuki products in our Nuki shop put the desired product into the shopping cart. From the cart move on to the checkout and go through the checkout process.
After completing your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. In your Nuki shop account you can inform yourself at any time about the status of your order.
In addition, we will inform you via email when your order leaves out shipping depot. In this email you also get your tracking number, with with which you can track your package on the website of our delivery service partner.
