I've forgotten my Nuki Web log-in details. What can I do?

If you have forgotten which e-mail address you've used for Nuki Web, we will gladly check the Nuki Web account we have on file for you. We need your Smart Lock ID as confirmation. For security reasons, you will need to send a screenshot of the Smart Lock ID from the Nuki app to us (Settings > Features & Configuration) together with a photo of the back side of your Smart Lock with the Smart Lock ID clearly visible. After we've finished our check, the Nuki Support Team will be happy to inform you of the next steps.
