Cancelling your order

We want you to receive your order as soon as possible. Therefore, all order data is immediately transmitted to our delivery partner. This makes it impossible to change the order afterwards (e.g. change your address or add a coupon code) or to cancel it.

You have not received your order yet and want to cancel it?

If your delivery has the status "Awaiting Shipment", it can unfortunately no longer be canceled directly, as the data has already been transferred to our logistics partner.
Please arrange the cancelation of your delivery in the My Account area in the Nuki web shop.

How to cancel the order in the "My Account" area

  1. Log in to the My Account area.
  2. Click on "orders".
    An overview of all your orders and their details will be displayed.
  3. Click on "actions" to see the details of the order you want to return.
  4. click on "return" and select the products you want to send back to us.

Note: If the item "return" is not displayed yet, please try again within the next few days.

Please refuse the delivery or use the provided return label to return the products to us free of charge.

When your parcel arrives at our facility you will receive a confirmation via e-mail and can then expect the refund within the following 14 days.

You have already received your order and want to return it?

If you would like to return or cancel your order, please go to "My Account" in the Nuki Shop and open "Orders".

Choose your order to view the details of your order and click on "Return order".
