I have not received my parcel yet. How do I cancel the order?
We want to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Therefore, all order details are immediately transferred to our shipping partner. Once your order has the status "Awaiting Shipment", the order cannot be canceled before we dispatch it. Also a change of the order - such as address changes or the addition of a voucher code - is not possible.
You want to cancel the order and have not received the products yet?
If you want to cancel your order, you can do so in your My Account area. Find out how this works. Your cancellation via the "My Account" area is important. This way we know in advance that you want a refund and will be able to process your refund as soon as possible.
Then please refuse the delivery or use the provided return label to return the products to us free of charge.
When your parcel arrives at our facility you will receive a confirmation via e-mail and can then expect the refund within the following 14 days.
