What can I do if my Fob doesn't lock at the push of a button?

Please note that the Bluetooth range may be limited by a reinforced door or shielding materials. Therefore, check whether you can control the Nuki device (e.g. your Smart Lock) from the inside. The LED signals on the Fob indicate why a locking action was not carried out. If the Fob does not show any connection errors and works perfectly from the inside, try again after changing the batteries.
