As owner or administrator of the Nuki Box you have the possibility to create and manage different permission levels.
If you want to authorize another person to manage your Nuki Box, create a Sub-account.
Sub-accounts are instances of your main account and can be restricted in terms of access rights.
This way you can individually decide if a person can see activity log entries or create Smart Locks for a “Residential unit”. However, it is not possible to grant a Sub-account exclusive access to individual devices. The owner of a Sub-account can see all connected devices of the Nuki Box management account.
To create a new Sub-account, select "Settings" > "Rights management" > "Add Sub-account".
