Nuki partners are service providers that need access to the building you manage.
If you want service providers to get access to the building, please refer the company to our service team. Companies can apply to become a Nuki Partner under the mail address box@nuki.io or partner@nuki.io.
Nuki partners get, if desired by you, access to a Nuki web partner account, which authorizes them as a company to use the Nuki Box. This access can be shared with employees of the service providers.
Activity log entries of Nuki partner employees will always be displayed with the company name only in your Nuki Box management account for privacy reasons. Only via the Nuki Web partner account of the service provider itself names of individual employees can be assigned to locking actions.
