Manage Nuki Web Partner Account

The Nuki Web Partner account is a Nuki Web account that allows you to manage all permissions of your employees.

In the menu (left) you will find clearly arranged all information about the access permissions:

  • Users
    Under the menu item "Users" you get an overview of all authorizations. Here you can also create a new authorization for employees and edit existing permissions.

    The section “Devices” shows you a list of all accesses connected to your account. You can activate permissions for employees to individual buildings.

    Last activities
    In your Nuki Web Partner account you can see all locking actions performed by employees of your company.
    For the facility management or the owner of the building, however, these activity log entries are always displayed only with the name of your company due to data protection reasons.
    Only you as the administrator of the partner account can assign locking actions to names of individual employees.

  • Settings
    The "Manage account" section allows you to change mail address, password or two-factor authentication of your Nuki Web partner account.
