Unknown intercoms are intercom systems that are not listed as verified in the compatibility check on the Nuki website.
We have not tested the Nuki Opener with these intercom systems and therefore cannot guarantee that the Nuki Opener will work as intended.
You have an unknown analogue intercom system
Even if your system is not listed as verified, it is very likely that you can install the Nuki Opener. This is because with an analogue system the Opener just takes over the function of a switch.
You have an unknown digital intercom system
Most likely you can't use the Nuki Opener. Digital systems work with different signals that can differ in length and profile. We do not know this signal profile of an unknown intercom. Learn more
