Permission for single or multiple devices
Creating a new permission through the "Users" menu is very similar to creating a permission for a single device. However, here you can also create a locking permission for multiple devices. Additionally, you get an overview of all users across all devices connected to your Nuki Web account.
To create a new locking permission via Nuki Web, follow these steps:
- Go to the “User” section and click on “Create new user +” at the bottom of the left column.
- A new window will open where you can enter the name and email address of the new user.
- After confirming, the new user will appear in the list of all users. The web icon indicates that this user was added through Nuki Web.

Select device(s)
Choose the new user and grant access for specific devices.
You can either create permission for a single device or authorize the new user for multiple devices at once. If you select multiple devices, the user will have access to all selected devices by entering the invitation code.
To select the device(s), click on "Create new permission" and choose the device(s) that this user should have access to. -
Add restrictions
You can add time restrictions and decide whether this user can access the Nuki device(s) remotely.
Note: When assigning permissions for multiple devices simultaneously, the permission restrictions apply to all permissions. If you want different access restrictions for different devices, each device should be added separately for this user. -
Choose the language
Now, select the language of the invitation email that will be sent to the user. This email will contain an activation link that must be redeemed within 48 hours in the Nuki app. The invitation expires after 48 hours.
