I have a new smartphone: What do I need to consider?

Simply create a lock permission for your new smartphone.

Do you still have your smartphone with the active locking permission?

All you have to do is create a new user under “lock permissions” for your smartphone.
You can then delete the permission for the old smartphone.

You don’t have access to your smartphone with the active locking permission?

Does another person have locking permission for your door? Simply ask this person to grant you a locking permission.

You can also connect to the Nuki device via Bluetooth. Tap on the three yellow bars in the upper left corner of your Nuki App. Select “Manage devices” and choose the desired device. Then, follow the instructions in the app.

Note:

You may need the device's security code to establish the Bluetooth connection.

All the device settings in the section “Features & Configuration”, the lock permissions, and your device's activity log remain. They are stored directly on the Nuki device, not on the phone. The configuration is preserved if you want to use a new smartphone.
