My Google Home, Amazon Alexa or IFTTT connection was lost - How can I reconnect my Smart Home Integration?

Due to a technical error, the connection to Google Home, Amazon Alexa or IFTTT may have been lost. Therefore, please check the correct functioning of your integration and re-establish it if necessary.

IFTTT

How can I reconnect my Smart Lock with IFTTT?

Go to https://ifttt.com/nuki/settings and check the status. You can also reconnect here. We recommend disconnecting completely ("Remove") and then reconnect.

The IFTTT service is connected, but the applets are still not running?

You can check at https://ifttt.com/home whether your applets are active and also reactivate inactive applets. Best also check at the Applet settings (top right per applet)if your Nuki device is selected correctly.
