Manage all access rights to your home via your Nuki App. You can create and manage up to 200 individual entry codes for your Keypad. With remote access, this can be done even from afar. With the Keypad 2 and Keypad 2 Pro you can add fingerprints linked to entry codes, with a maximum of 20 fingerprints per device. To set time limits for codes, edit or delete them use your Nuki App.
Managing entry codes
You can create and manage up to 200 entry codes via the Nuki App. You can also set a time limit for an entry code and edit or delete it at any time.
Creating a new entry code
- Open your Nuki App and tap on the Smart Lock connected to the Keypad.
- Enter the settings of the Smart Lock and go to ”Lock permissions” > ”Keypad”.
- Tap ”Add permission” and choose a 6-digit entry code.
- Optionally, share the code with others.
Managing entry codes
- Open your Nuki App and tap on the Smart Lock connected to the Keypad.
- Enter the settings of the Smart Lock and go to ”Lock permissions” > ”Keypad”.
- Tap the desired code to change its details or delete it.
Managing fingerprints
You can add fingerprints after creating the entry code only if you're using the Keypad 2 or the Keypad 2 Pro. For security reasons, each fingerprint is linked to an entry code. This allows you to open your door with either a 6-digit code or a fingerprint.
Adding a fingerprint
- Open your Nuki App and tap on the Smart Lock connected to the Keypad.
- Enter the settings of the Smart Lock and go to ”Lock permissions” > ”Keypad”.
- Create or select an entry code.
- Tap ”Add fingerprint” in the code's authorization details.
- Follow the app instructions to scan and save the fingerprint.
- Fingerprints have the same rights as their associated entry codes, including time limitations.
- Deleting an entry code will also delete all linked fingerprints.
- You can add multiple fingerprints to one entry code, with a maximum of 20 fingerprints per Keypad.
- Fingerprints are not supported by the Keypad (Version 1).
