You can also make a partial cancellation of single items
When ordering from our Web Shop, you can also cancel single products from your order. To do so, go to the “My account” area and select the items you want to return. Learn more.
Please note the return period of 30 days for orders in our Web Shop.
After receiving your return, we will refund the amount within 14 days, using the payment method you used for your order.
If it is an item from a combo, you will receive the corresponding bundle price for the canceled item back.
