With the Nuki App you can reset your Keypad to factory default settings. You can reset the Keypad via the Keypad settings or via the help menu.
Note:
All data will be permanently deleted. After the factory reset you can set up your Keypad again.
Via the Keypad settings
To reset your Keypad via the settings, follow these steps:
- Tap on the Smart Lock paired with the Keypad in the Nuki App and open the settings.
- Select “Lock permissions“ > “Keypad“ and now open the Keypad settings.
- Tap on “Reset Keypad“. The Nuki App will guide you through the necessary steps.
Via the help section
To reset your Keypad via the help menu in the Nuki App, follow these steps:
- Open the Nuki App menu (top left, three yellow bars).
- Go to “Help“.
- Select “Keypad factory reset“ and follow the instructions in the Nuki App.
