Add a new Keypad to your Nuki device

The Nuki Keypad 2 is the perfect add-on to your Nuki Smart Lock.

Your Smart Lock can only be connected to one Keypad. If you pair your Nuki device with a new Keypad, the connection to the previously used Keypad will be disconnected. Existing entry codes, however, can also be used for the new Keypad.

How to connect your new Keypad 2 with your Nuki device

  1. Open the menu in the Nuki app and select "Manage my devices" > "Keypad". You will now see a list of all your Nuki devices. 
  2. Select the device you want to pair with your new Keypad. If the device is already connected to a Keypad, the Nuki app offers you the option "Add new Keypad". Select this option to connect your device to your new Keypad.
  3. Now just follow the instructions in the Nuki app to complete the setup of your new Keypad.

Migrate existing entry codes

Entry codes for your previously used Keypad can be migrated to the new Keypad 2. This means that you don't have to create new entry codes. Fingerprints, on the other hand, are always removed and cannot be transferred to a new Keypad. However, if you want, you can add fingerprints to the transferred entry codes later.
