Which service package best suits your needs depends on how many accommodations you would like to manage.
One Smart Hosting package is connected to one Nuki Smart Lock or one Nuki Smart Door. You can activate the package in your Nuki Web account. Here you can also add more Smart Locks and manage them.
Up to 10 accommodations
If you want to use Nuki Smart Hosting for up to 10 Smart Locks or Smart Doors, we designed the package “Standard” specifically for you. This entitles you to use the partner integrations and the Short Rental API to automatize the access management. Additionally, you will benefit from premium support, immediate product replacement and an extended warranty period of up to three years (starting from the activation date of your device).
More than 10 accommodations
If you would like to activate Nuki Smart Hosting for more than 10 devices, we recommend the package “Business”. With “Business” you benefit from all advantages of the package “Standard” plus some additional features exclusive for our bigger clients: product leasing, personal welcome call and training for employees.
