To benefit from the premium support we offer to Nuki Smart Hosting customers, please use the contact form in your Nuki Account. This is how you find it:

  1. Login to your My Account.
  2. Choose the option “My Support” - here you’ll find the contact form.
  3. Choose the Smart Hosting device you need support with in the dropdown menu of the contact form.

By using this contact form and choosing the right Smart Hosting device, your request will be prioritized higher with our customer service team. Only by doing so, we can ensure that you will receive feedback within 3 hours of your request.
